We use your information to process ticket purchases and deliver e-tickets, provide customer support and respond to inquiries, personalise your event recommendations, send promotional communications (with your consent), improve our platform and develop new features, and comply with legal obligations.

3. INFORMATION SHARING

We share your information with event organisers for ticket fulfilment, payment processors (M-Pesa, card networks, Google Pay, Apple Pay) to complete transactions, service providers who assist in operating our platform, and law enforcement when required by law. We never sell your personal data to third parties.

4. DATA SECURITY

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit and at rest, secure payment processing through PCI-compliant partners, and regular security audits. However, no method of electronic transmission is 100% secure.
