Tufikee is a Kenya-first events platform for discovering events, buying tickets, joining group plans, and helping organisers run smoother entry. The platform supports native ticketed events with QR tickets, partner listings that route to the original seller, performer discovery, vendor storefronts, and event marketing tools.

Open an event, choose the ticket tier, select quantity, add attendee details where required, then pay with the available checkout option. After a successful purchase, your ticket appears with a QR code and payment reference. Keep the QR code available on your phone because entry teams scan it at the gate.

Each valid ticket has a unique QR code. At the venue, the organiser scans the code and the system checks whether the ticket is valid, already used, cancelled, expired, or resold. This helps reduce screenshot sharing and duplicate entry attempts. Bring your ID if the organiser requires matching attendee details.

Payment options depend on the event and checkout configuration. Tufikee can support M-Pesa, card checkout, PayPal, Whop checkout, and other provider flows. If a payment is pending, wait for the confirmation screen or check your tickets before trying again so you do not create duplicate payment attempts.

Refund and transfer rules are set by each event organiser and should be checked on the event page before purchase. Some events may allow resale through Tufikee, while others may require the original buyer to attend. If you paid but cannot access your ticket, contact support with your payment reference, event name, and account email.

Yes. Group order tools help friends reserve seats or spots together, split planning, and keep the group progress visible. The organiser starts the group, pays for their quantity, and shares the invite link. Members can join while spots remain. Once a group is full, its status updates so new buyers cannot overfill it.

Organisers create an event from the vendor tools, add title, date, venue, description, cover media, ticket tiers, rules, refund policy, and publishing details. Good event pages include a clear location, age policy, start time, lineup, ticket limits, and entry terms. After publishing, organisers can track visibility, ticket sales, and check-ins.

A strong event page should answer who is performing or hosting, what the experience is, where it happens, when doors open, what each ticket includes, what guests should bring, and how refunds or transfers work. Use real venue details and clear ticket tier names so buyers can make decisions quickly.

First, refresh your tickets page and check the account used during checkout. If the ticket is still missing, contact support with the event name, payment method, payment reference or M-Pesa receipt, phone number used for payment, and the email on your Tufikee account. Support can trace the transaction faster with those details.

For urgent event-day issues, WhatsApp is usually the fastest route. For payment traces, vendor onboarding, partnerships, or detailed account questions, email is better because you can include references and screenshots. The support form below can prepare either message so you do not have to rewrite it.

Yes. Organisers can use Tufikee visibility surfaces such as event listings, storefronts, social sharing, featured placement discussions, affiliate tracking, and audience-friendly event pages. For campaign support, send the event date, venue, target audience, budget range, and the result you want, such as ticket sales, awareness, or vendor signups.

Include your name, account email, phone number, event name, ticket ID or payment reference, payment method, and a short description of what happened. If you are an organiser, include your vendor name and event link. Clear details help the team resolve payment, ticket, and publishing questions much faster.
